Shipping & Returns

CHANGES FOR 2026
  • As I plan to be open only a short time this season since I am welcoming a new baby in July, we are not doing gift card returns. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment with a  10% restocking fee to cover the true cost of shipping, labor and materials that go into shipping an order.
  • Returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving them. Email support@danuorganic.com to start a return. Returns began after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your package. To start a return shipment, email us at support@danuorganic.com for return details.
BASICS
  • We ship plastic-free in 100% recycled kraft apparel mailers with unbleached kraft shipping labels, plastic free tape and teeny notecards made of recycled cotton t-shirts.
  • Orders usually ship 1-6 days after they are placed and take 2-10 days to arrive. All orders over $50 come with tracking which you'll be emailed automatically when your order ships.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping due to the giant carbon footprint of fast shipping.
  • We're a small business so orders under $35 are rather expensive to ship. We recommend placing an order over $35 for reasonable shipping costs or over $250 for free shipping domestically. Other rates apply internationally.
  • Currently we ship orders once a week in the order that they were received.
DOMESTIC
  • Free shipping within the USA for orders over $50!
  • For orders under $50, we’ll provide a return shipping label you can use if you wish to help you skip the lines.
INTERNATIONAL
  • Free international shipping over $250.
  • We do accept returns internationally, but our system isn't able to send a return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • We can not guarantee tracking will be available once our package is outside of the United States unless you opt for DHL shipping which is available at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for any additional fees that occur to international shipments.
RETURNS
  • Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your package. To start a return shipment, email us at support@danuorganic.com for return details.
  • We do not do exchanges. You can use your gift card or return and repurchase.
  • We encourage you to wash and dry your garments on warm before deciding about fit because our clothes shrink and we're proud of it. After the first wash, you can continue washing and drying on low but we encourage switching to washing on cool and line drying because it's better for the earth. We still accept returns after they are washed or worn.
  • Scrap bundles and headbands are final sale.
  • Unless an item is noted as FINAL SALE, items purchased during sales can be returned for a gift card.
  • We can't provide a return shipping label for sale items. You may ship them back through a shipping provider of your choice.
OTHER
  • Customers are responsible for all fees, duties, taxes, etc. that may be incurred during shipping. If for some reason, you need to cancel your order or change shipping details, email us and we'll do our best. We cannot guarantee cancellation.
  • Items with different lead times will ship separately as they are ready. If you want everything to ship together, send us an email.If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can likely switch the size of the garment. Send us an email and we'll do our best to help.
  • We can easily change your shipping address if you email us, so long as the package has not already been mailed out.
  • We ship with trusted shipping providers and are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. Do reach out if you have issues and we'll see what we can do to help if you have an unusual problem.
